Music from three continents

Indian pakhawaj drum master, Udhav Shinde, Welsh jazz saxophonist, Daniel McBrearty, and American opera singer, Judy Rust come together to create an exciting fusion of music from three continents.

The union, dubbed "The Udhav Shinde Trio" culminated in a second album, recorded live in Antwerp over two evenings in 2004.

Daniel contributes extended improvisations with Udhav on tenor sax and clarinet and accompanies Judy on traditional Indian songs.
