Daniel McBrearty and Paolo Radoni in 2005

A jam session in Brussels in 2004 was the occasion for a chance meeting with the late Paolo Radoni. The highly respected Belgian jazz guitarist made a powerful impression on Daniel and his music.

Finding a love of early jazz and the classic standards in common, the pair became good friends and later began gigging on a regular basis, performing in Brussels and Antwerp.

Sadly, Paul Radoni passed away unexpectedly in 2007. His music lives on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to hear him play.
